“The quality and pricing is great, I got near enough exactly what I wanted, however they didn't send my extra copy (I paid for 2 and only received 1) Would still highly recommend.”

“This company get the job done 90% of the time and it's a hassle free, quality assured service. The disappointment is when something goes wrong. Which is relatively often to be noticed by our small company delivering regular training opportunities in London. 10% of the time this company's customer service stinks and they are inflexible and unhelpful. On our really big orders they, more often than not, get everything right but when they don't we have to put up with extra workload for us at a higher expense also. On occasion the website has been extremely slow to upload documents and this can be infuriating as can the customer service rep who says 'sorry but I have other things to do'. I hate knowing I have to take a chance with DOXDIRECT. The process is usually pain free but the times it isn't always stick in m'y throat.”
