“I needed to produce training material delegate packs for an important client. Normally I would do this on my office printer and then bind them in loose leaf folders. Although practical and presentable in this instance they just didn't portray the quality of my business and brand as I wanted. I discovered doixdirect and decided to commission the production of my latest course delegate packs. Using the drop down options made this a very simple task and it took less than a minute to identify the binding, cover type and style of my document. I received them within 4 days and I have to say that they look extremely professional and have a real feel of quality. When considering the time and effort myself and my administrator would have spent printing, collating and binding these I would say that the real cost was less. I have now decided that I will utilise doxdirect for all further bulk printing of training and publicity material due to the long term benefits of providing quality documents to my customer base this will bring.”

“Very easy company to work with. Their services are comprehensive. We needed help uploading a pdf to their website. They answered the phone immediately, and dealt with it with no fuss whatsoever. We had A5 folders printed. The print quality was excellent, and the quality of the folder was exactly what we had hoped for. Finally, the printing was with us less than a week after we had sent in the order. Highly recommended.”

“We had to use doxdirect for some emergency A3 printing for a college presentation by my son. It was only a small order for your company, but to us it was critical - a few sheets scaled up from A4, but the whole thing was printed and safely delivered, quickly. Ordering was easy and cheap. Very impressed, as you handled a very small job in the same way I would expect a large job to be handled. Will definitely use you for future printing requirements, and would absolutely recommend.”

“I used Doxdirect for the first time this week and must say I've been very impressed - not only were the prices quoted much more competitive than others on the market, the speed of the response I received when I had an initial issue with costing and then the quality of the document that arrived only a few days later - has been second to none. Thank you for offering a great service and appreciating your customers (oh and also for the haribo pack of sweets that came with my delivery!) Great service, will definitely be using again. “After using Doxdirect twice before with no problems, i was surprised when my documents wouldn't upload, Louise had the problem sorted in no time, i can't praise Louise enough and i know the documents will be top class and delivered in record time as usual. If you haven't used Doxdirect before you should excellent value for money, helpful staff and top notch printing.”
