“My previous experience was fantastic and this time the prints I received were not good at all. Furthermore after one reply from their Support team asking for the file again, I have never heard anything back despite following up with another email. Extremely disappointed.”

“Item had pages added to allow for binding method. these additional pages were left untreated/unprinted and look very out of place, and leaves the publication looking very unprofessional. simply printing these pages in a single colour would have been better than nothing.”

Hi Vincent, thanks for taking the time to write a review, and sorry you weren't happy with the outcome of the booklet. With saddle stitched binding we do try and make it clear on the website both before and during ordering that the page count of the document should be in multiples of 4 for this binding type, and the blank pages added are displayed in the document preview before checkout. “What I like about DoxDirect is that you can print as little as one copy. It is easy and quick to upload the document and there are lots of options to get the document the way you want it. Delivery is quick and the finished product is professional as expected. The Haribos are a lovely touch too. Would recommend and will be using again.”
