“Brilliant quality. Excellent speed of service. However our first print run had a mistake on the covers, Doxdirect were quick at reprinting and resending with next day delivery. Even with this misprinting, I would come back again and again.”

Hello, Sorry you're not liking the new interface. We have changed the interface on the front end of the site. However custom size functionality is still supported - we think it works better, so we offer the option to select NS - None standard, the site processes the files at their uploaded size. Sorry if that's not clear on the site.

“Great fast service - said 48hrs and they delivered 48hrs, brilliant. The item was good quality for the price. The website as easy to use to upload to, my only problem was using the website to design a front cover - images wouldn't load,the screen kept freezing and the edit option was unresponsive resulting me to stick with my own choice in the end. So in summary, pretty good and I would recommend and use again. Thank you :)”

“My order was delayed.My order was delayed. Needed the order urgently and received no correspondence re dispatch or the delay until I flagged it up myself. When it was dispatched I only received one of my orders and had to contact again regarding the whereabouts of the other.”
