“I would like to review the 2 documents I ordered. But I dont have them. Apparently too big for saddle stiching and one missed phone call later they 'cant get hold of me'. Not trying very hard really. Take my business elsewhere.”

Hello, I am sorry you are unhappy with us. I called you twice and emailed you to explain as we could have processed the order as a spiral bound book or printed on thinner paper etc, there were several options. But as I could not contact you, I refunded you in full so a new order could be placed. Many thanks The Doxtors

“I found the site very easy to use and the quality of the printing and speed of delivery was good. The reservation on my ratings is based purely on the simplicity of the job. “I am in the US and had to submit a thesis in the UK. The University's media department wouldn't accept card payments online (!). Enter DoxDirect via Google. I have not seen the output but am told it's good. The process was extremely easy with many options to choose from. Would highly recommend.”

“Signed up to a new diet plan, saw a few suggestions on social media to use Doxdirect. The website was super easy to use, delivery is super speedy and my diet plan was printed out on lovely crisp paper, not the cheap stuff. Will be using Doxdirect for the 2nd and 3rd part of my plan too! Thank you!!”

“still having trouble as to how to print off multiple files in order of differing sizes, some bespoke sized images, the rest are A5 and some A4, I just don't get this "merge" thing! I have 10 sheets on a PDF,2 are 3" x 4" and 2 are A5 sized labels and 4 are A4 instruction sheets, so far I either get all reduced to A5 or the A5 images blown up to A4, which cocks up the bard coding on my label.....I don't want to have to pay 2 lots of postage if I enter 2 different order/jobs”

All the production and delivery timescales given on the website were met. Order was safely delivered - and the finished product was very high quality.
