“I made a small boo-boo in my upload...totally my fault...I think doxdirect should offer a service whereby they do a quick check for any noticeable errors...if there are they should flag with the customer before sending to print. And on that basis I can't recommend this supplier.”

Hi Antoni, thanks for taking the time to write a review. For large orders or more elaborate items (such as books and ring binders) we do have a more thorough checking process in place, but we do quality check all orders before sending (print quality, binding). For smaller orders we need to automate as much as possible in order to speed up service and keep prices low, showing a 'virtual proof' to the customer before checkout by way of the preview screen. However, we don't want any customer to be unhappy, so if you'd like to email service@doxdirect.com about the issue we'll see what we can do to put it right :)

“Expected turn around, even on the basic, free setting (two-day, free shipping) was spot on, shipped Royal Mail 24hr and arrived when due. Print quality (130gsm silk) is lovely, colours of the work really shine. Packaging was robust, with pages undamaged and unmarked. Would recommend and use again.”
