“I Paid for a poker manual to be printed as a gift for Christmas for a family member. The moment he started using it it fell apart. He lives abroad so sent me photos of the problem which I sent on to Dox direct, but apparently they won’t do anything about it unless I send in the original...which I can’t because it’s in Thailand!! Not helpful and poor quality in the first place as 30 pages so far have fallen out, following very light use. Unimpressed with quality and customer service.”

Hello Anna Thank you for the photo. I am sorry your book has come apart, but it looks like the spine has been bent too far and the glue has split. Perfect bound books are not designed to be opened flat. However if you return the book to us we will take look at this for you. As already mentioned, as this order is over 2 months old we would need to see the book itself please before a reprint or refund is issued. Many thanks The Doxtors.
