“I am delighted with the service I received from doxdirect.com. Their online ordering service, including document upload facilities - and alerts to advise of possible changes to the PDF file, to get the best result - were simple, easy-to-use and invaluable (I had already uploaded the same file to another provider of services similar to doxdirect.com, but the file they returned as the proposed print proof was nothing like my original file, with regard to margins/page size - doxdirect.com detected the issue with my file and offered 3 different options to "fix" my file - the one I chose was the perfect solution). I received my order today and I am totally delighted with it! I would highly recommend this company for your document printing needs!”

“I used Doxdirect recently to publish a short story for my Daughter. I had some issues with getting the document formatted on the website but a quick call to them followed by some very quick and detailed email responses and hey presto a few days later I have exactly what I want delivered. Excellent quality, good price and an outstanding service. Pleasure to do business with.”

“Was completely blown away by the quality of the products that arrived. Had been searching for some time to find somewhere that would do my low-volume personal printing job - without a huge cost and DoxDirect were perfect. Not only this but I found them to be very quick and responsive to all my queries and messages. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Everyone I dealt with at Doxdirect was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make me feel a valued customer. They understood my requirements, suggested endless ways to overcome the technical problems I was having with the file I wanted printed (produced by someone else) and finally - after a lot of work - did not charge me as they could not get the file to work either. The originator is still trying to work out why the file was duff. But if I ever need anything printed again, I will go to Doxdirect. What a lovely group of people to do business with! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.”

“I ordered a poster for part of my work at university. It came out much better than I had expected! It looks the part! The delivery was also very quick, I had the one day turn around to ensure I received it before my deadline, I need not bother next time, I know it will arrive on time due to the excellence of this company!”

Hello Christine, Sorry to hear you're not happy with your Doxdirect experience. I must point out that the website does display the date on which an order will be despatched (at both the quote stage and checkout stage). Delivery time is in addition to turnaround time, and Royal Mail delivery dates are not guaranteed (even by Royal Mail themselves). Your order was placed on a weekend, when our production facility is closed, so the order was produced on Monday with 1 day turnaround, then despatched on Tuesday with your chosen delivery method of Free UK 1st Class Royal Mail. Again, the despatch date is displayed when you get a quote and before the checkout to reflect the weekday-only production. As for our staff being rude, I'm sure this was a misconception. Leigh and Lou who you spoke to are both very professional (and lovely) people. However, we don't want any of our customers to be unhappy, so we have refunded you the entire cost of your order. I hope you'll find this to be a fair solution. All the best, Doxdirect
