“The art prints I received are a few shades darker than the original file I sent. When ordering, I saw how the prints would look but they arrived highly saturated with colour and washed out in some places, not at all like the preview. They are a good company, just not for art prints.”

“Initially my order was not printed correctly. As soon as I pointed this out the order was printed correctly and I received it the next day. You only usually find out how good a company is when they have to correct something. So tops marks!”

“In an age where most companies talk about the importance of service, but display a sorry attempt, Doxdirect practice what they preach - top notch and friendly service. Some probs with site but they are straight onto it and get it sorted with minimum of fuss. Finished product is great quality and well priced. Why go anywhere else?”

“International shipping was super expensive. Would have appreciated a slower, cheaper option. I swear I ordered double sided (showed as such in the preview) but it arrived single sided and that's what my receipt says. An order status page would have been nice. Otherwise, prints came out great.”
