“We sent some images to print, and when they came back the quality was pretty poor. Obviously largely our fault, but would've been good if they'd had an alert to highlight image quality wouldn't be great. We then imporved the images and resent them to be printed, and got a message to say they couldn't print edge to edge as we'd requested. I was having email correspondence to try to resolve this when I got an email to say this had now been dispatched. SO in the end we have two copies of the images, none of which are quite what we wanted. So slightly disappointing.”
