“My initial print run of 11 books had a couple of serious defects in one of the books, and a minor graphical glitch in the cover of all of them. I brought this to the attention of their customer services, supplying photographs of the problems, and they immediately offered to reprint the entire run. They prioritised the job and I received the books a couple of days later. All of them are absolutely perfect. When you check out your order there is a big notice saying that if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the result then they will reprint or refund in full. I can happily confirm that they are true to their word, and they have left me a 100% satisfied customer. For such excellent customer care and a dedication to ensuring quality and satisfaction I would not hesitate to return to you for my next printing project and will be recommending Doxdirect to anyone who cares to listen. - Mark Clements”

“Not only is the quality excellent; they sent with my printouts a packet of Tangfastics minis! I'm saving to make a purchase for my own business - I'm only spending when I have to - so I've not been buying anything like this, and I really appreciate it. And I'm not sure I could have done better myself if I had a printer. If I need more printouts, I know where to go to get them.”

“Doxdirect printed the First Draft of my first novel - they emailed me to check everything was in order and the quality of the printed product that came back was superb. I was absolutely thrilled (250 page A4 softcover). I have a second novel just about ready to proof, a few more pages, and I can't wait to hold it in my hands. Brilliant service - cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Excellent products and quality with a very good price to boot. Speedy delivery and excellent customer service, a throw back to the good old days when customers actually came first. This company are superb and are really going places, and no, I don't work for Doxdirect, just a very happy customer. Will I use them again? If I can steal a line from Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'LL BE BACK".”
