“Have used this company on many occasions. The print quality is always good as is the overall finish. However there are a few issues (a) there are occasionally issues with previewing documents so you don't always get what you think you are getting (b) I have had to email the document to them directly as there were issues uploading it (c) if you get it wrong they are not very sympathetic to the money you have spent with them and (d) the website says that documents are destroyed immediately after printing - they are not - so if you think that a confidential / business sensitive document has been deleted when you receive your order it hasn't - they keep it on their back servers for a further six weeks, which is not what they state. I would still recommend them to people as the prices are competitive and the output quality is usually good. Just beware of the issues I have stated if ordering from them.”

“I ordered a test print to check quality and was incredibly impressed with the quality for the price. As far as I'm aware there's no other sites with as great quality and as well priced. I will certainly return to print the finished booklets when they are completed.”

“Fantastic service. I just wish I had discovered them earlier. When a document contains hundreds of pages, it just isn't practical or economic to print it at home on a domestic ink-jet printer. Using Doxdirect, I ended up with a high-quality print for less than what it would have cost me in ink cartridges to print at home. Equally important is that my printing was properly packaged for posting, so it arrived in perfect condition with absolutely no transport damage.”

“Great efficient service and I will use again but I was very put off with the telephone manner of the lady I spoke to when there was an issue with the front cover ( I wont name her but initials L.G). There was some confusion with the order but it was just her 'offness' that narked me. Otherwise, good communication and fast delivery.”
