“I ordered 3 A3 prints and all were blurry - at no point during the booking process did it warn me that they may be pixelated”

Hello Charlotte I’ve had a look at your original uploaded files. They are jpegs which are less than 1mb in size each, and only 72dpi resolution. The quality is quite poor, you can see pixellation on them. You have then requested to enlarge them to A3, which again makes the resolution even lower. Unfortunately we can only print as good as the files supplied I’m afraid. Many thanks The Doxtors

“I used MS Powerpoint to do A3-sized slides to print in colour. The upload was simple, the docs were well-packaged, and arrived three days later looking good, printed right to the edge of the sheet as the web site indicated they would be. My only complaint is that, for my first print job the options on printing to the edge were not explained clearly, and that for my second print job my path through the web site didn't even seem to give me an option of not printing to the edge. I had used the ruler in Powerpoint to design a text box of a particular size, so it was frustrating not knowing how to print it in exactly that size”

“Great quality print, however their website does not function correctly on certain browsers and resets settings such as sizing, conversion to PDF and delivery options. Customer service are responsive but unhelpful and dismissive. Their price back if not satisfied is not what it seems and has caveats that make it untrue.”

Hello Andy The ‘Love us or your money back’ guarantee doesn’t cover author errors I’m afraid. Please see our T&Cs below; Doxdirect offers a ‘Love us or your money back’ guarantee. This entitles the customer to receive a refund for (or reprint of) any order that has been printed/bound to an unsatisfactory standard or has been damaged in transit or has otherwise been incorrectly produced by Doxdirect, where the customer or original file(s) are not at fault for the issue. Refunds or reprints can be requested up to 14 days after despatch of the order. To claim a refund or reprint the customer must initially email service@doxdirect.com (including images of the order as evidence for the refund/reprint request) and return the items to Doxdirect if requested. “Needed some sheets printed on high quality (about 45 pages) and struggled with my own printer. Not only was the print job reasonable priced - not really that much more than the paper itself - but the quality of the printing was far higher than my expectations.
