“This was a really good service. Printing can (in my experience) be haphazard, involving lots of trial-and-error. Doxdirect got it right the first time. I got everything I wanted to a very high standard at the time when I needed it and at the right price. I'll return for any future work. What more is there to say?”

“I ordered 20 Childminding Daily Diaries with my own logo and diary pages. When they arrived I was over the moon! The quality is fantastic and my mindees parents/guardians were very impressed with how professional they looked. The diaries were an absolute bargain after being quoted twice/three times as much from other companies, so well within my budget. My order arrived within a couple of days and the customer service is 5*. I will definitely be recommending and ordering from them again in the future. Many thanks :D”

“It was my first experience using Doxdirect and I must say I will certainly be using them again! “I found the service at doxdirect to be very helpful; the quote mechanism on the front of the site allowed me to quickly assess how much my order would cost and I was impressed by the level of detail that could be gone into. It really helped me to feel like my project was going to be done well. The print quality and turnaround time was really good too, and I'll definitely be coming back for other projects in the future!”

“My first lot of prints were bent and creased, the second lot had uneven ink where the printer must have been running low on ink, finally the third set were ok but not great quality, for art prints you should definitely pay more elsewhere for better service.”

We do supply free reprints for any customer who isn't satisfied with their order (even when they are simply damaged in the mail as your first ones were). I'm sorry you were not happy with our service on this occasion, and can only apologise that your subsequent prints were not up the standard you required. “I'm writing a series of booklets for my grandchildren telling them about a different country every month (I was too tight to buy them both a subscription to a very expensive kids world magazine). I am overwhelmed by the look of the first two! They look wonderful and I'm sure my granddaughters will love them too! Will be sending the next two countries to you as soon as they are written.
