“Terrible experience This was my first time ordering with dpd and it has been very bad and unpleasant. I ordered my package and it was supposed to come 2 days ago and I called them 4 times and every time they’re making excuses. And they even delivered the package to the wrong place.So I don’t know when my package will come now”

“DPD did not make a single attempt to deliver my parcel. Karishma from customer service simply closed the chat window instead of helping to resolve the matter. My parcel is stuck at DPD, they neither try to deliver it nor return it.”

“Dude had parked blocking an entire garage block so I asked why he didn't use one of the many free parking spaces. Cue abuse... 'F you, you C, I know where you live now, maybe I'll visit' Well I take that as a threat, so I am passing this to the police knowing that DPD will protect this violent thug. I was then told to 'smile more as I'm not cheerful enough' wtaf???, sort it out Registration number RX22 SYJ White Mercedes van”

“Supposedly Next Day delivery, DPD completely incompetant, lost at four different depo,s even within Birmingham Hub, is the excuse. unbelievable. Lost again excuse this has to be deliberate in my opinion, possibly because its a flag pole part used to support the England Flag. I wWOULS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IT SEEMS THEY CANNOT EVEN READ A SIMPLE ENGLISH ADDRESS. Now going to cancel order completely and will seek money back as a result of the company unable to deliver due to DPD incompetance.”

“Had a delivery yesterday driver took a picture of my front door and left ,I have a ring doorbell and he never came up my garden path ,rearranged delivery for today same driver and my son took the parcel and when I got home from work and opened it instead of a new I phone I had a bar of soap ! Dpd just admitted on phone labels get switched either by driver or sorting office .i am absolutely livid people could do this”

“Flowers box delivered to my house driver rang bell I answered name not known at this address told its not for me again a day or so later tried again I told him send it back its not ours The person it should have gone to knocked on the door showing me a picture of the parcel on the door step which you're driver took after me telling me it is not mine no wonder people don't get their parcels your drivers either, can't read or can't be bothered”

“Had a package that was meant to be delivered on a Friday, it go delayed to a Saturday for no reason, got delayed to a Sunday again and on the Sunday the said they would deliver the package, the proceeded to not even attempt to deliver the package and scheduled to deliver the package the next. The is by far the worst courier service, having paid extra for my package I expect to have my package delivered on time”

“DPD used to be the best courier I had used ever. If they said they would be there, they would and on time. However I have had three parcels this week by them and all have arrived a day later than expected for no good reason. Slightly PO'd after waiting in for them for no shows. Service needs to be overhauled. It's a shame considering they used to be the best 12m ago.”

“Rubbish, why 02 use this form I have no idea. Phone still not arrived although said next day, did driver Dab does not work Saturday so delivery Monday the day I am back at work!!!!!! O2 ditch them”

“I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service I have received from this company. I paid extra for a delivery that has still not arrived, and I am unable to track the driver because they have turned off the tracking feature. I called the helpline and was told that I would receive a call back within an hour, but I have not heard anything back. I took a half day holiday in order to receive my delivery, and I am very disappointed that I have wasted my time. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to avoid them at all costs. 🐓”

“I had a collection scheduled for Fri 21st June one hour slot, driver failed to attend but left message on tracking saying he called and was informed item not ready for collection, this is a lie and an unreliable service”

“I’d give a zero if I could for DPD Germany. I was not home for the only delivery attempt; driver said the package was declined, didn’t leave a card, and returned the package to sender. I had been waiting for this internationally-sent package for almost a month.”

“The driver called Zhasmina has a habit of not ringing my bell, reporting that I am not home, and sending my parcel to a pick up store. This happened at least 5 times. One time, this person left a very expensive delivery outside in the main door and it got stolen. There was no way to complain about the driver and there was no easy way to complain to DPD (no email). The app is useless and so is the customer service by phone for any kind of meaningful feedback about the delivery. Believe me, if you are sending important deliveries, you absolutely do not want to take a chance and use DPD and ended up losing money. They won't listen to you and feedbacks are not taken seriously. Hence, this driver had managed to continue with being irresponsible and unprofessional. I have a small business and I changed my fulfilment from DPD to another company. I will never vouch for DPD for my family and friends.”

“Delivery driver kicked my dog (toy poodle) to the wall. Full cctv footage of this. rang customer service manager shaun who was not interested and hung up on me. Disgusting behaviour, not sure how you can work in customer services and treat customers in such a way. My dog was taken to the vets after passing blood from internal bruising. Upset and angry. Abuse from DPD.”

“C-ap app - Rainbow washing it seems to have broken it. QR sent codes to collect from local pick up point disappear to be told that it is on its way to...(nothing). Useless and unreliable.”

“Yet again I schedule a pick up & yet again I have the ‘package wasn’t available for the driver’, it wasn’t available because he didn’t bother to come. I have been in my studio all afternoon waiting, massive glass windows over look the drive so there’s no way to miss somone.”
