“Used DPD several times but always as a sender . Zero issues. This time as a receiver and was honestly worried after reading the reviews . However I encountered zero problems. Maybe I'm the exception. Delivered on time ( next day delivery ) and the drivers have always been polite.”

“I’ve never had any problems with DPD. No delivery issues, always up to date and on time with my DPD phone App showing exactly where the courier is, unlike the horrors of Hermes!!”

“I must be one of the lucky ones, every DPD delivery has been given to me within the hour time slot specified, I get a 30 min warning from the app and also that I am next. Drivers take a photo of parcel inside my front door which they are supposed to do”

“3 times I tried to return faulty goods to Amazon who use Hermes. Finally they got me a DPD courier. Very efficient and friendly driver Eddie. Happy to give him 5 stars”

“Your driver Gentjan was friendly, polite, helpful. He carried heavy boxes in for us, being pensioners. Delivered within time slot on Tuesday 12th Sept. Brilliant driver.”

“A slight hiccup with my delivery [wrong address and comment would not return that day] was brilliantly solved by a local advisor in York [Grace]. she contacted the driver, arranged the delivery and then checked back later to ensure everything ok. Superb customer service of going above and beyond.”

“Whenever I order certain items online dpd courier service have delivered my purchase. The experience from start to finish is without fault, from being able to track the parcel in real time to the politeness of the driver(usually the same person called John). Very much appreciated in such difficult times. Keep up the good work. Thankyou.”

“DPD Collected my parcel on 15th May which was being sent to Australia. I could track my parcel all the way and it was delivered this morning in Australia. I think in these uncertain times 10 days is amazing. Well done DPD.”

“Your delivery guy Ian ! If you had more staff like him I might consider using you for my business! He saved the day , you didn’t inform of delivery day .. I was at work , he came 2 days afterwards, fantastic man ! On his own for a fridge freezer... I live in flat ! More staff like him might improve your bad reputation! Wake up !”

“Fortunately, I have only ever had good experiences with DPD. Friendly drivers and my parcels have always arrived on time. Our address it hard to find by anyone using maps/navigation but somehow these guys have found us 9 times out of 10. The other odd time, the driver has taken the effort to call me nearby to ask for some directions. A lot of couriers for other companies seem to have an "oh well" attitude if they can't find you, but not DPD — I highly rate them.”

“Hi, I'm a very disappointed customer who used dpd for the first time and has had a horrendous experience. My parcel was missing for six weeks and now I have been told it disappeared. I have provided receipts for all items in the package and receiving compensation to the value of my package is the only thing keeping me going at this stage. I provided all the contents information and receipts to the value of 179. 96 and have received an automatic reply saying my claim for £100 pound will be processed. Dpd not sending a parcel stands to cost me £80.00 plus shipping costs which haven't been mentioned to be refunded yet? At this time this is money I cannot afford to loose. I'm so upset that using dpd has put me on this financial difficulty. Please advise how I can claim the outstanding £80.00 plus shipping costs back. Thanks you, A very disappointed first time customer, who hopes her faith can be restored in do and can use dpd in the future Kerrie”
