“ Not delivered as DPD driver cannot follow diversion signs as road is closed from the A158 and the diversion is through small village amazing other delivery drivers can manage to do it but not DPD took over hour to get delivery address changed on site so they don’t have to tax themselves. “ I had a DPD driver who was unable or uncaring enough to read my illuminated house sign, took a photo of a random gate and said he couldn't deliver to us. If you try to sort it out they tell you to download an app and put a photo of your gate on it. Do these people need photo led guidance because their drivers can not read. I ordered a next day item that took five days to be 'out for delivery' still not got it. Avoid avoid avoid. ”
