I experienced very poor customer service and unprofessional handling. I paid for next-day delivery, but the item arrived five days later. The company didn’t take responsibility for the delay, which caused me to lose several important clients. This level of service is unacceptable. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Absolutely atrocious!!!
Paid for priority delivery before noon. Got to 2pm and still no delivery. When contacted, I'm being told that they won't deliver it at all, with absolutely no explanations.
Contacted the sender, they're being told the same thing.

I am still waiting at the THIRD attempt for DPD to delivery the correct parcel. I also have a parcel that should have gone to a customer living 50 miles away. What a JOKE DPD is and I am at a loss as to why businesses use the company.

I booked a day off work as DPD was collecting my laptop for repair
I monitored the driver on their app to getting a message saying failed delivery
Driver went to 70 I live at number 128
I rang them
And they "cannot call the driver" they raised an enquiry and I get call from the depot an hour later saying they are too far away !!!!
They literally don't give a sh*t about customers
No acceptance of their error and I spent hours on phone trying to resolve this but they did nothing
No apology whatsoever
