“ Called customer service who said the driver hadn't followed correct procedure and I would receive a call back from the depot. ”

“ Very disappointed, I would have not chosen this delivery service but the place I ordered from chose them. Assured next day delivery, cleared the day to make sure no issues with delivery but appears that driver delivered to wrong address. (Not at all my fault) And then DPD Local cannot do something about it. (Then I have to be on the receiving end of the inconvenience) Very unacceptable and a very UNRELIABLE service. ”

“ The most shocking service amongst delivery companies! Had parcel since 16/12. Left safeplace and neighbours details as knew I'd be out. Driver couldn't be bothered to read the instructions or maybe just couldn't read. Took parcel back to depot and then lost it. Shambles of a company who last year killed 2 horses on my road driving like lunatics. Would never use out of choice ”

“ I don't even think this courier company deserves a one-star rating. Delivery is always late, and this is the second time it's happened. They consistently fail to deliver when they say they will. I definitely would not recommend this courier service to anyone. Very disappointing! ”

“ The worst company ever ! The drivers don't even care to ring the door bell! They just give a very quick knocking on the door and they disappear ! I was at the second floor of my house and I didn't even have the time to go downstairs! We cannot even go to the toilet ffs when we are waiting a parcel from them ! They disappear in seconds ! What if someone has a serious health problem and cannot move quickly? You should tell your drivers to show some respect for a change !!! Terrible service !!! ”

“ Appalling. Failed to deliver despite claiming attempted which I know they didn't as I was home, no card through the box and no one on ring doorbell came to the door. 2 weeks later same thing again on another delivery which they have then sent back to the supplier without contacting me or attempting re delivery. I cannot emphasize how bad this service has been ”

“ Do not use this company there is more chance of your parcel getting to its destination by tying a balloon to it and drop kicking it from your front door! Aftersales service is non existent they sent me 4 emails asking what it looked like I had replied with photos to all 4 and I'm still waiting! Now they say prove it! ”

“ Utterly disgraceful company. Two of us waited in at the allotted time and, ten minutes later, I received a message that the driver had attempted to deliver it but I wasn’t there. This was a lie. The delivery was a dinner service, presumably in several boxes and he didn’t want to deal with it. Fir your own sakes, please use any other company. ”
