Hello! Sorry to hear that. As with many types of therapies it can require regular use to be effective. The key is to be consistent with the treatment. Depending on the type of pain or condition, we normally recommend treating the area 2-3 times a day, daily, for a few weeks before you see results. Sometimes the results may not be obvious but with consistent use you should be able to see a difference!

“THESE LARGE GEL PADS ARE PERFECT.JUST A LITTLE PROBLEM THEY DO NOT STAY FIX ON THE BACK OF MY LOWER LEGI. I SPRAY THE PADS WITH WATER AND WAIT 30 SECONDS TO FIX THEM ON MY LEG THE UPPER PAD ALWAYS STAY IN PLACE.I DON T KNOW WHY.”
