“ Can't fault anything really. Everything was very professional and smooth, collection at the airport, to hotel, breakfast included. Got to bring my fiance and just had to pay an extra 20 per day, and we ended up staying an extra day. Covid test was included at the clinic also. The clinic is very professional, clean and modern and felt like somewhere celebrities would go to, I can't compare it to any hospitals I have been to before. The day itself was great, everybody was friendly even if there wasn't much English spoken, the translator did a great job at making you feel at ease. I didn't get the pain free needle as I thought it would be fine without it, which it was. It is quite sore and will make you sweat as they are doing it, but within a few minutes you will feel nothing. The sensation of them extracting hairs is like nothing I have ever felt before, very weird and almost relaxing. They say you can watch stuff on your phone if you want, however for a lot of the operation I was in and out of sleep and when I woke up at one stage I had a sheet over my eyes so I couldn't do anything. I did need to have the anaesthetic topped up a few times as I began to feel pain, which was no problem. They also ended up doing like 1000 extra grafts from what I was quoted which was great. Everything after was fine, the worst part was the neck pillow to sleep with, which gave me a stiff neck and was quite sore. My actual head wasn't sore at all really, the neck was the worst part so sleeping was difficult. Aftercare was great, the feeling of having it washed and cleaned was very nice. Eventually I went home and worked at home and my hair grew, even more quick than I expected. I did have the shedding stage which wasn't too bad, but it has only been 6 months and my hair is very full and looks like I was never balding. I have 6 months to 1 year to go, as my crown was mainly beard hair and they said it can be a year and a half for full results of that to come through. I can't imagine what the rest of my head will look like after another 6 months since its so good already. If I needed to get a second transplant for density I would, however I will wait and see how it is after the time they said to wait for. Very happy and can't fault it, they check up on you at certain times, from weeks to months, and you can always whats app them too. Great service lots of love from Ireland thanks! ”
