“My name is Fabian Bergmann, I am 48 years old and I am from Israel.
On January 13, 2021 I had my hair transplant at Dr. Cinik Clinic in Turkey.
I am very satisfied and do not regret my decision at all.
1.) The staff is very nice and helpful, whenever I had a question they were able to answer professionally. From my contact in Israel Aviad Biton, who made a great effort to make me feel comfortable at any time, the receptionist and even the hairdresser who make you feel part of a great family.
2.) The whole process was very well organized. You don't have to worry about anything. Every step between the airport, the hotel and the clinic was planned in detail. Every change, they let you know and nothing is ever done without your approval.
3.) After the transplant you receive everything you need for the postoperative period (lotion, shampoo and medications) explained down to the last detail and they do not release you until you know that you understand the procedure.
Of course I am curious to know how everything will be in a couple of months until the final result in about a year. The first impression is great and I am looking forward to seeing the first results.

From the moment they found out that I am Spanish-speaking they took care of translating everything for me.
