“I have done the operation 12 days ago
1.Transfers, perfect, on time and really nice drivers.
2.Attention. The guys from reception, really helpful, nice and profesional. Also the people from the first blood test
3.Hotel , we were at the reinasance hotel , the rooms are ok, unfortunately I was located in the 1 floor , so no views from there. The breakfast is fine, not superb.
4.Day of operation, the interview with Dr Cinik was really short, 5 minutes or so, he is a nice guy, but u can see that he has a lot of work. Later, during the operation is coming to the operation room like 3 or 4 times to check if everything is ok, that was really nice.
Once in the operation room the guys don't really speak english, so it's dificult to communicate and ask questions, they put loud music and they keep talking in their language.( Maybe some nice and relaxing music could be better for me). The food during the operation is ok.
5.Next day, they clean a bit and they check everything, also good people there.
6.First wash, all good, nice .
7. Check out, the guys explain u in a very nice way all the things u can do or not, they answer all ur questions in a very nice way. Special recognition to a guy from Colombia John I think , he is super helpful and kind.
8. Post operation, the communication is really good and fluid, u can ask every question and they answer very fast . So is going well .
OVERALL, is a 4 star i will say, the think that it could be better is the interview with the DR, like giving u more feedback about how is going to be the final results, why is doing the line in that place , etc, but of course this is my personal opinion , I had big expectations about meeting the DR.
The other thing is about the guys who are doing the operation, THEY MUST SPEAK ENGLISH, to at least communicate with u in any way.
I'm very happy and 4 stars out of 5 is very good, but u can always improve .”
