“really not very helpful. I am an Afib patient who is not in afib. i have afib events about 4 times per year, which last only up 11 hours.
i am athletic, and am already doing more than your "basic" suggested exercise.
for the 125.00, i really expected something more in the exercise, food and diet. too
pretty dissapointed at this stage.”
