“Shipping was fast and the border will look good when I have the time to purchase wallpaper adhesive at a local store. My only disappointment is that this border is anything but, “Prepasted.” Nothing I tried, including additional instructions I found online, seemed to work. I would have given this product a five star if not for my frustration with hanging the border the way it was intended.”

“Awful customer service. Have not received my merchandise after it advised 3 weeks ago it shipped. left 2 voicemails and 3 emails and no response. I'm getting ready to stop payment if I do not get some sort of a response as to where my merchandise is.”

“I got an email advising my order was shipped on 4/15/20 and I got a tracking number and was advised to check on the link in the email. There was no link and I am not sure which mailing service was used. I have called them twice and was only able to leave a voicemail. O also emailed them 3 times and no response. I was charged but not sure if I am ever going to get my merchandise. If I do not hear from them shortly I am going to cancel my charge on my credit card. NOT GOOD Customer Service!”

“This site made is so easy. I found what I needed and got it in no time. Very fast and efficient. Very please with the product although parts of the bottom of the boarder did not stick. That could be our fault though. But other then that I highly recommend this site.”
