How heartless this company is! Stealing money from customers!!! No reply asking my refund. I may try disputing the money with card issuer which is worth £700”
“This company should be closed by the government. Those are thefts. I booked tickets 1 an a half year ago I cancelled it. But unfortunately my money hasn't been refunded back.
When I emailed them they were reposnkng back and saying you will receive in two months after that in 1 month. They just mislead me now when I send them email they keep ignoring me.
I need my £400, back or I will be taking a legal action against dream world travel.
I'm só frustrated and upset because they promised me 100 times that they will process my money back but nothing has happened.
I really hope that this company closes down soon.
Please guys encourage your families and friends not to buy tickets from dream world travel. If we don't buy it they won't make money and they will be closing down soon.

I received all the documents that I thought i would need.
i had a call to the airline and was told that my seat booking had been cancelled as no payment was made. this was this August. Atol told me that Dream world had ceased trading on 26th July. no warning given. Unbelieveably they are still trading as Dream world Travel!!”

“Took £8200 from us for 6 tickets to New Zealand in April. Various excuses at to why no tickets and now we find gone bust. This of course should be considered a crime but it will not be in the UK”
