Daym its been almost 4yrs and haven't gotten any responses or resolutions. I felt bad for others since they had spent more but still I would happy to get at least a refund or credit. I've never been scammed before of flights but this by far the boldest.

It has been 2 years since these disgusting people stole my money been running behind them for years to refund it and nothing. I’m happy the company has been closed down. Do not in the future ever patronise them if they do recover.

Paid for return flights from London to New Zealand in April 2020 for Dec 2020 flights. The flights were cancelled and we spent 20 months, over 40 emails, and over 30 hours on the phone trying to get our refund before the company went into insolvency. I am very glad that they will never be able to do business again.

I bought tickets since February to travel with my three children, they sent only confirmation booking without e-ticket I was supposed to travel on August, when i chess them to send me my tickets few days before travelling they sent me an email to apologise that they can not issue a tickets for me and they'll refund my money but they didn't say when the refund will be.

This company are fraud and stole 3000 pounds when they cancelled my tickets! They refunded the money to themselves from the airline! This costed us actually more cause I travelled by mini cub and had to go back by mini cab home very disappointed which is not fair at all they should be prosecuted for what they did, they said they will refund the money but never did I waited since last July as they said the money will be paid back after 8 weeks but nothing has been refunded!
