They only send the items a month later! Their items do not look at all beautiful as in the pictures! Plus, I got a used and broken item from them that someone else used and I paid a lot of money for it! It would not be profitable for me to return the item and when I contacted their customer service they offered to give me a refund of only 2.5 euros which is simply a shame and disgrace and stinginess for a huge company like them that turns over millions of euros and it is also not at all fair on their part. No problem, they lost me as a customer and I will not recommend anyone from my country to buy from them and I will continue to write negative and justified reviews about them all over the internet.
