I have ordered shoes from this website in 3 different ocasions and the items were allways delivered, two of the times with a slight delay but nothing major.
For what I know this store is located in Spain, and since I live in portugal wich right beside it that may have been part of the reason I didn]t had any problems with the items being delivered.

“Realizing first that Dressinn (and affiliates) are in Spain and I am in the US; I automatically knew there was going to be a 1-5 day processing period from order to ship.
Also in the time of COVID19; EMS, SAL, USPS, etc are not your best and most efficient methods of shipping. Use the DHL option; my item departed on the 20th of August and I received them today (the 23rd).
Now that thats all out of the way; I got an awesome pair of Diesel Zatiny's in my size and saved about $60 in cost and shipping. Dressinn's customer service team was courteous and responsive. Since I had experience with getting clothes from the UK and collectables from Japan; I knew up front that there would be processing periods before final shipping. Im very happy with my purchase and even happier that dressinn had the 34" length I needed when Diesel direct didn't.”

The holds are so long and you never receive a message back neither via email or chat. The chat just continues to throw you back into que. I literally sat at work and called and was waiting 3 hours for someone to even greet me and eventually I hung up after no being able to get ahold of someone. You email they never email you back. This company gives me fraud vibes for some reason. I really can’t understand how you can’t get ahold to a company that you have spent your money will. L.S. This is really amazing how you, Tradeinn / Dressin managed 2 times to send me the wrong size of the same pair of shoes. Again I've ordered size 20 and I received size 36. The other parcel is sent back weeks ago after waiting for weeks. This one also took weeks and again I have the wrong size, 36 instead of 20) while I am still waiting for the money of the previous pair. Meanwhile our little daughter will almost not fit that size anymore... Before I've ordered with you it went well, but now I will not only write serious 0* reviews on every platform that matters, about your service but also I will never order anything again. There are no replies on my messages, so your aftersales is also really of the worse kind ever. I will send the parcel back and expect my money back before the 18th (of two deliveries) of July. From the 18th of July I will charge an additional compensation of 50 Eur. a day for every day my money is not refunded to my account! Best, Peter-Jan”
