“Ordered some vans more than a week ago, they’re still stuck on “in transit to our dispatch center”, when asking the support team where my shoes are they always answer with the same pre-written response. Horrible customer service in addition to a horrible service provided. Also, reading the other reviews I am reluctant to ask for a refund as other reviews claim that they’ve been waiting months for the refund.

This company is an absolute joke. they received my return almost 6 weeks ago yet the prospect of me receiving my refund looks slim to nil.
I have opened a PayPal case against them which they aren't responding to either. I'm hoping after 30 days of not responding to PayPal, maybe PayPal will just issue the refund, if not, then I guess I'm out of pocket.”
