"I have ordered my timberland boots on the 16 jan estatimated date were between 25 to 30jan,they didnt arrive i called several times the agents were extremely rude i paid R1761 plus R728 for shippment,eventually i received my parcel they asked me to pay another R890 if your from South africa stay away from this crooks i will never order."

"I ordered two items on the 20th of November; my order hasn't arrived still. There is no communication, the only status is I see is \"The item is on transport to the country of destination\" since the 3rd of December. I only ordered because the ETA was 10 days now it's over 16 days post payment. No integrity, communication is bad and would definitely not recommend to anyone. I know I will never buy from them again, if it takes a month to get your stuff delivered."

Finally arrived - Nothing fits. \r\nOrganised delivery using their provided labels, spending enormous time at the post office and paying $66.60.\r\nNo any refunds for FOUR MONTHS.\r\nThen one day I see the same parcel crammed my mailbox as it\u2019s bounced back from their return centre. No one is responding on their official phones, and by mail they say the parcel was in their customs \u201c Your returned parcel has been seen as a commercial shipment by the Customs office and it is currently stuck there. The parcel will be sent back to you by the Customs in a few days. Once the parcel is back to you we will arrange a pick-up service in order to return the parcel back to our warehouse in order to avoid this trouble again, and then we will proceed to the registration and refund request process.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately when dealing with the Customs there is nothing we can do in order to speed up this procedure. The Customs procedures take quite a long time, up to 1 month, so please be patient and as soon as you receive it back contact us in order to arrange the collection.\u201d\r\n\r\nSilence since then. They are scammers, avoid !"
