Awe full cheap nasty stuff from China. If size is wrong nothing you can do as they are China based.

So many issues from the start: paid for expedited (3 day) shipping. 5 days later I contact them and am told all three items are on back order and it will be 10 or more days, so I asked for my expedited shipping money back and they told me then it would be 20 or more days. WTH. Finally got 2/3of the order today and it is absolute GARBAGE. Poor workmanship, awful material, looks NOTHING like the pictures of the site...like laughable bad. And the return policy is basically non-existent. Never. Ever. Ever. Going to use one of their affiliate sites again. Be ware. Dresslily has a lot of names!

i ordered 2 swim suits that showed to be in stock and also paid for expedited shipping on april 1, 2019 i was told they were out of stock and they would have them and ship by april 23rg 2019 well lets just say it still has not shipped and they wont refund my expedited shipping either. worse experience. still no updates on when i will receive my package

I ordered a dress and a jacket from here back in December for my January engagement photos. It didnt get shipped or recieved when it was supposed to have a guaranteed delivery date. I immediately contacted them when I received them too late so I could return them within the 30 days since we had to go shopping THE DAY OF our photos to find something else to wear. They said theyd send me a return label to ship it back. They didnt. I contacted them over and over and they said I would have a return label. Then when the 30 days was up they said it had been too late to return and get a refund. Even though all of these problems were THEIR fault. NEVER. AGAIN.

If I could I would give this company less than one star. I returned the items that I got from them by refusing the package and they will not refund my money. They said it’s at the warehouse and they cannot get it back. They won’t even send the items back to me. If you see something you like on this website simply go to Amazon and copy and paste the description of the item you want and it will be there And for 50% cheaper. And if you decide you don’t like it or don’t want it Amazon will refund your money unlike this company that will not refund your money and say they will not except your return This company has horrible customer service do not buy from them I am out $50 because they are simply too lazy to find my item in their warehouse. Please do not buy from this company And spread the word dressLily is a scam

i ordered on 6th april. It was still processing on the 16th even though theyd taken the money from my card. i contacted them to ask why it was still processing and when will it be shipped and they said it had been cancelled. I asked why theyd cancelled my order but taken the money they said it was a security issue. They didnt even email to say they had to cancel. They told me it will take up to 14 days to get my money back. Is that 14 days from when they cancelled it? No its 14 days from when the cancellation is authourised. who knows when that will be. JOKE of a company. Dont buy from here.

I purchased the wrong item i contracted customer service to cancel shipping i was told once the other was in process i could cancel. Once it was in process i contacted them again and i was told my order couldn't be canceled. Customer service is awful as well as the delivery took over 2 weeks to receive item, Now i have to go threw the hassle on returning hopefully is not as bad as i think is gonna go. Beautiful clothes but very disappointed.

Do Not buy from this company, Don't give you refunds, gives a perceptive of the amount in credit so you have to buy from them again. Awaiting 5 weeks for a item for my holiday. They have not dispatched the item and still won't give me a full refund.

Do not shop here. They don't send item and give excuses as to why, they say to pick out something else and then say sorry it is out of stock, over and over. TOOK MY $$$ NO PRODUCT.

Avoid at all costs!! First off the item I received looked nothing like the one in the picture. It was hideous & the cheapest looking material. Sorting out a return is just do much hassle, I think it’s designed so you I’ve up. Eventually I got a returns label out of them, posted it, & now they have no trace of my item apparently!! So I’m out of pocket not only for the return, but also for the clothes. It’s an absolute scam!! Please do not use!!!

FRAUD ALERT! Don't buy from them! What a nightmareI They should NOT be in business. I ordered a $20 shirt that was supposed to be size Large, since I'm a big guy. When it came in the mail, it was extremely Small. The label on it said Large, but it was Not. I contacted their customer service by email because there is no phone #, and they said I could get some type of "bonus points," or that I could return the shirt for a "Refund." I told them I wanted a refund, and I paid the shipping and sent the shirt back in December 2018. After not hearing from them for 3 months or seeing any refund, I contacted their customer service by email again. They told me that they never received the shirt! By chance, I happened to save the Receipt with the Tracking number, and I checked and it showed that they did indeed receive the item back at their Rancho Cucamonga, California warehouse and was signed by one of their "agents." I forwarded the receipt and the Tracking number to them. Now they stated that they did have it! But now they said that they would NOT give me a refund. They said that they would only give me a partial refund of $8 for the $20 shirt because they said that they had paid shipping for it. This was NOT true! I paid for the shipping both times and the last four digits of my credit card # was clearly on the receipt with the tracking number. I was now furious. I repeatedly told them that I wanted a full refund for the $20 shirt, and they plainly refused. What a Scam. As of this date, March 29th, 2019, I still have not received a full refund for the $20 shirt. They sent me $8 by PayPal. I posted this review on here, and it was somehow deleted by Dresslily with a message stating that I was not a true customer and that I was probably lying. So I am posting it again, and this time I will be posting it on numerous other websites online, so other people know their fraudulent business tactics.

This company is in China. All products are made in China and they are known for poorly made ripoffs. Buyer beware.

I ordered a jacket I did not like the quality of the material I got in contact in how to return jacket They emailed me to say to keep the jacket r I could donate it which I did and they refunded my money back to my account I will be shipping with them again

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered 2 of Holiday Themed shirts in December. Only received one that did not fit. Contacted them to ask about a return and they said to wait until the entire order was received. It never came. They have not refunded me for the shirt that never was received, and the one I have does not fit and they are unwilling to do anything about it.
