Placed an Order on Dec 8. 5 items in my cart, no of which showed back ordered. Then after company took my payment shipped out partial order without notice on Dec 9, It is Dec 23 and i still have not received any part of my order. I am shocked in today's internet buying world that an order takes over 20 days to be placed and hopefully delivered especially during the Xmas holidays.

I admit I haven't dealt with Dress Lily, but had a similar bad experience with Nora Cora. Apparently many of these Chinese companies are linked and all have scathing reviews of their products' quality (if you ever receive them) and customer service. Another scam company is Annie Cloth. The good news is, if you purchased using PayPal, contact them and they will be on the case immediately. I was able to get a full refund from Nora Cora within hours of my complaint to PayPal.

INEVER SHOP THIS SITE!! f I could give no stars i would! Unlike many I did actually get my items not the quality is absolutley awful the materials are so cheap and look nothing like the pictures on the website andino my case do not fit. There return process is a joke I have been opening tickets just trying to get a way to send it back and after 3 tickets still.havent gotten a label I am disgusted by this company no.one should shop with them!

I bought items for gifts for Christmas and then found out it's coming from over seas so it will never be here in time (Says will be here in January). I also ordered 3 items including a Christmas shirt and one of the items wasn't in stock and they told me it was going to be 1 to 2 more weeks before they could send that so I asked for my money back on the one item since it was a gift and I wasn't going to get it no where in time. The item was $15.18 they refunded me $12.90 and keep giving me the run around about it. I will NEVER shop there again. Horrible overseas company! BUYER BEWEAR!

Wish I knew this was a foreign company. How rude to run ads for Xmas delivery knowing you will never get it on time. Typical Chinese ethics. Never again. I called my card company and cancelled. Their contact form is a scam, too. It goes nowhere. Email address bounces, too.

I wish I read reviews before ordering with them. I ordered a dress and a necklace for my friend for Christmas but they still haven't even been shipped. I messaged them a few days ago where they said the necklace would be sent out in one or two days (which it still hasn't) while the dress would be shipped after Christmas. I am very upset that my friends gift will not be here on time and I hope to get it by the end of January the latest. Reading other comments though, I wouldn't be surprised if the dress was not in the greatest condition

I ordered items paid extra to have them delivered before my trip and I did not get them. Also the tracking info they provide does not give updates. This is very disappointing. I will not ever order from them again.

Ruined our Christmas!! I placed my $479 the day after Thanksgiving! I still dont have my order after numerous emails with them i was finally provided a tracking number which was to just shut me up! The order still has NOT MOVED! This place is a horrible place do not order anything from them they will take your money and you have nothing!!!

I bought 2 mats and a rug they came in package folded up and now they are all creased and folds in them. Quality of product is very poor. Not sure how they will withstand being walked on since they ar we very thin. Was wanting to order alot more from this company but I will not be doing that now. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get my order.

Placed an order. They somehow duplicated it and deleted an original item and added one i didn't ever want. When I started receiving two of each item i contacted them. They told me this was mu fault, they wouldn't refund any money!! Even if I returned the extras they sent me. Worst customer service. Reported fraud to my bank and managed to get 1/4th back.

Placed an order and paid for express shipping. Was given a delivery date that was not met. The shipment did not deliver at all yet when i explained this to their customer care team they made me jump through hoops stating they delivered this "in good faith" and that it was my fault that i did not receive the package. When i requested a refund they continued to push that this was delivered then only offered 1/2 of what i paid! This was the worst customer care ive ever dealt with.

I am very disappointed. I bought 3 Christmas rugs and upon opening them found they were folded and shoved in a bag and now all of them have creases and folds on them.

Dresslily is a scam!! I've made a order of two products in Oct 01,2019 04:05:45 AM Supposedly they were sent in two packages, the first in October 6, 2019 11:18:35 and the second in October 17, 2019 09:25:33. If the order was made at the same time, why the 10 day difference to sent a item? Notice that I've received the the first package before Halloween, but for the second package they ask me to wait till the 16th of December. They gave me a tracking number that I can follow online, and yet the post office in my country clearly tells me that that code does not exist in their database, in fact they compliment with the information on the website, and say that if it was received in Portugal, it would have a smaller code began with RT or RV. When I call them out explaining that the package was never received, the information I have is that I have to wait while they keep stalling for time. Can somebody explain how can a order take two months to be delivered? Again when they were faced with the situation at hand, instead of assuming that something probably went wrong on their side, they immediately direct me to your terms and conditions where they claimed they won't take responsibility if I didn't bought any kind of insurance. I already considered the money I paid as lost funds, but I'm warning you DO NOT TRUST DRESSLILY!! Today is the 18th of December and still nothing. Don't get fooled like I was.

Worst site I have ever encountered. Made a large order of holiday apparel in late October. I didn’t receive my full order and was promised on more than one occasion that the rest would follow shortly. I have asked for a refund on two occasions but was told that the order is still current and was offered some kind of coupon to order more merchandise (I didn’t bother to open it) The quality of the merchandise was dollar store worthy Run, don’t walk.

If only I could give zero star, I would! The most wasted purchased I have done online. My orders came ruined, and i mean ruined. The dress was poorly made completely different from the picture, the hoodie came ripped, the coat's threads are coming out. The worst $59.00 purchased I have done, completely wasted. Lesson learned for trying this store out. NEVER AGAIN.

I have ordered two dresses over the last three months from Dress Lily and have been highly disappointed with both. I ordered the first as a Halloween costume so when the sizing was ridiculously too big made it work. This time around I ordered a dress to wear for family Christmas. On the site it seemed to be a better quality dress then the one I had previously ordered. Wrong. I ordered down a size and it still fits ridiculous. Not to mention it looks like a kid made it. The stitching connecting the top and bottom is crooked and bunchy. I don't think I can even make it work with a belt and I have no time to alter it. I really wanted to like this dress,and site but I won't be ordering from them again. I can't imagine anything they sell is true to size or consistent quality. DO NOT believe the reviews on the site, they are highly misleading.

Very poor quality for a 40$ dress. The zipper kept getting stuck and when it finally zipped up it broke apart. Very disappointed 😔

I am giving them 1 star because I can’t give a “0”. I ordered 2 shirts and a dress. They just arrived today and they are horrible. Makes me wonder what 3rd grader they hired to make them. The material is very poor quality, seams are ripping, and they are already misshapen and I haven’t tried them on yet. They are based in Asia, not the US. Please do not buy from this awful company.
