I ordered clothes from them on May 30th 2019 I received part of my order on June 11th 2019. I was not happy with the shirt so I wanted to return it. It's now June 26th and I still have not received the other half of my order and I have been dealing with trying to return this shirt since June 11th. They have give me the run around I told them just to cancel the part I haven't received and I will return the shirt just tell me how because I want my money back. After two weeks I have had to open a PayPal claim against them. DO NOT ORDER from them they are a horrible company.

I ordered a bathing suit almost three weeks ago and it's still being "processed" on the site. At this rate IF I get it before summer is over I'll be surprised. I really wish I had read the reviews first and this company site really needs to be removed by the looks of it.

Returned to Spain thought I was dealing with dresslily UK refunds needed parcel tracked and said delivered responce from dresslily like double Dutch sent in ticket after ticket still not. A suitable response

LP1906010801262113 Order never received, they claim it was delivered to us, to the neighbors, left at the post office but it’s never been received. Can’t get any response to a refund request

They "cancelled" a paid for order - did refund though. Now have been told going to take up to 5 weeks for new order to arrive. No desire to provide good customer service.

CHEAP GOODS AND NOT RETURNING MONEY TO PEOPLE. - YOU ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I AM HAVING ATTORNEY INVOLVED. YOU BETTER SEND ME MY MONEY BACK AND QUICK! I WILL TAKE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS TO PEOPLE WAY TOO LONG.

Waited 5 weeks for a cheaply made, nothing like I expected, swimsuit. All tags still on it, didn't even try it on. But, they won't give me a refund. I work too hard for my money to lose it to such a horrible company. Will never shop here again!

I had ordered 9 different men's shirts. The size charts are way off. Order three sizes up, if you order from them. I had ordered the shirts in a 2XL for men. The shirt sizes were barely a medium. My roommate, who wears a medium, could barely fit into the shirts, as they were snug. The quality of the fabric is awful. The material are very thin & have a rough feel. The company must use Photoshop to edit their pictures. The pictures on the site appear to be very bold & vibrant. The shirts I had received were very dull & faded. They look like they have been washed over 20 times in the washer w/ bargain soap. Be warned about purchasing shirts w/ patterns. I had ordered a shirt w/ a chevron design. The shirts were sewn in very patchy designs. The chevron design was sewn together in multiple pieces & shapes. It was like a quilt, pieced together with various triangular shapes. The website pictures do not portray the stitching & only depict clean lines. The company appears to be based in China. Luckily, the cost was cheap. You really get what you pay for. I did not bother trying to ask for a refund & I had considered it a loss. I did not have the energy to ship the merchandise back to China & wait weeks for a refund. Maybe this is the general idea of the company.

I ordered my Daughter an item for June 8th. Thinking oh its the beginning of May we will definitely get it on time. IT STILL HASNT SHIPPED. Not only did they not have the item in stock (which is fine) but NOBODY let me know tht I will never order from dresslilly again. EVER. When I called the customer service was awful and they acted like I was the one with the issue. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered May 9th hoping it would be here by june 7th. It didnt ship until yesterday and it wont be here for 10-18 BUSINESS DAYS. So by the time I do get it it will be almost july . just awful. I have ordered from Korea and it doenst even take tht long.

Purchased 3 items and only two of them were delivered. They were not satisfactory, so I asked to return them and cancel the other that had not shipped yet. They said they would cancel the other item but only offered a store credit. Also did not provide an option to return the other two items. All they did was jerk me around for two weeks with back and forth emails that did not provide a solution. Not impressed.

Size M does not fit a S in the USA. Terrible shipping and no communication. It took them a month and a half. The worst Ebay sellet would do better. Clothes stink by the way! I will use their clothing as a rag for my bike chain, so it can be somewhat useful.

The sizing is completely wrong. I followed the size chart and ordered an xxl and it’s barely medium. No wonder there’s so many body issues.

Ordered three swimsuits. I was careful to pick a size according to their charts. I think the sizes are "foreign." A "10" is usually slightly big for me. Their "10's" were too small. They only offered a half refund. Their return policy states you can return for quality issues. The material is very thin and badly sewn. I might have considered an exchange for full credit, but half credit? Why would anyone shop for swimsuits through the mail with such a horrible return policy. RUN AWAY from this company!!!!

Don't waste your money here! Shady practices and you won't get your items. Purchased items and paid extra for expedited shipping. A week later still showing pending, I reach out to see what the hold up is and miraculously items that I purchased are "SOLD OUT". The website didn't mention anything sold out. They said "due to a high demand for this item, that many customers ordered the item the same time caused the shortage of the stock availability. Therefore, we need more time to ship the items out." That's Shady and frankly unacceptable in terms of customer service. An email or follow up should have been sent to me regarding the item instead of just holding my money and not sending anything. Stick to Amazon or Fashion nova.

Awful!!!! almost one year and I didn't receive my orders!!!! I had 2 orders and nothing!!!! I lost day of work to go until the central post office at the other side of Lima and nothing... and now they don't refund my money!!!!!! I want my money back!! thieves!! don't order from this site

IT WONT LET ME SAY 0 STARS . I ordered from this company 4/11/19 @ 8am paid for my items and shipping it said 5-7 days its now 5/10/19 and i received my first item today, and the other one is still yet to be shipped, so if your trying to get something for your partner for the vacation your going on better not buy it here because they wont tell you that it is really going to be 4-8 weeks before you get your items you are going to have to get online and message them and find out why only to be told they are out of stock and it will ship when they get it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Poor quality, ordered a M size I would say it’s an 8uk size. Unwearable. Waited over a month. It’s not a scam, it’s just rubbish. Don’t bother. Support local shops x

I ordered a swimsuit 6 weeks ago, and still haven’t got it. Wherever else I’ve been ordering stuff it takes maximum 2 weeks. This is quite unacceptable really. Wish I read the reviews first.

Still waiting for second half of my order, suspecting now it won’t arrive at all. Will not purchase again because, you know, I tend to want to receive things I pay for.
