Ordered a few different color variation of the same style of shirt, because I liked the way the style looked on the model in the picture (saw on a Facebook ad). One shirt was 2xl but the others were XL. NONE fit the way it looked on the model. The shirt is called "Round Neck Panel Top" and boy does it hit the "ROUND NECK" angle hard... I put the shirts on and my first thought was that I could easily fit 3 to 5 heads, simultaneously, through the neck/head hole. No kidding around. The shirts are kind of like garbage bags with head holes (and arm holes) in them. They fit just as well as a garbage bag would if you cut a hole big enough to fit 3 to 5 heads into simultaneously. I'm not at all a fashion expert. I wear Jeans and T-shirts most of the time, so take that as you may. My standards aren't entirely too high, and this shirt missed the mark so bad I laughed hysterically by the time I tried on the 3rd one. There is NO form to the shirt once it's on. The sleeves are a bit tight but the shirt itself just hangs in this frumpy, no form, baggy way - it's just terrible. I'm glad I bought these on sale and that I wasn't hard up for cash, or expecting to wear this to an upcoming function or something because this review would have taken on a whole other demeanor. The 2XL shirt I ordered (just in case I got the measurements wrong, I got 1 shirt 1 size larger) was shorter in the waist than the 3 XL shirts I got at the same time. Senseless. My best advice is to NOT buy from DressLily. Advertising looks great, but merchandise - in my experience - is pure junk. What a waste of materials and manpower. The material is so thin in these shirts I can see light through the clothing when it's doubled up. As a joke I put the shirt up to my face and looked through a single layer and - seriously - no kidding around, I watched TV through it from across the room. This is not a dramatic overstatement of the poor quality of this product. This legit happened.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before I made the purchase. Ordered a cardigan sweater, one size larger than I'd normally wear. It took forever to arrive, over a month. Once it did, I tried it on and couldn't even get my arm in the sleeve. It was like a size small when I had ordered an XL. It also smelled bad and had stains on it. Luckily it was on sale and to me not worth the effort to send it back for a refund. For sizing comparison it fit my adolescent daughter. Won't ever, ever make a purchase from this store again. As the other reviewers stated, stay away!

This online store is absolute trash! Cheap material, bad sizing, and if you want to return something... FORGET ABOUT IT! I have been trying to return three items for over a month now and all they keep saying is that they would like photos of what is wrong with the clothes in order to proceed with how to "offer a correct solution". I sent photos but they asked again for more! All I want is to return them and get my money back but it doesn't look like that is ever going to happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IT IS A RIPOFF!

Silly company cancelliing paid orders, they simply do not send items ordered and cancel orders even when they are correctly placed, avoid!!!!!!!!!!1

I never received the item I ordered. Their customer service is non existent, just endless "support tickets" with canned responses. They refuse to give a refund. I believe they have a pattern of this business practice, so much so that it appears there is an element of scam/fraud.

Horrible customer experience! Impossible to return anything! They purposly do not publish their return address and do not provide access to customers trying to return items via their online chat and phone system prompts, try it yourself before you order. They also failed to provide me with a return address when I asked for it via their online customer support system. So how is someone supposed to be able to return anything at all? I returned items to the return address on the package only to be told they can't receive them there, so I can not get a refund. In addition, they used stall tactics, like asking for photo's of items customers are unhappy with, likely to push the return past the 30 day return limit.

I ordered some hoodies through dresslily, only to have them ship outside of their specified frame for the holidays. When I left a poor review online, they cancelled my order which was still in the process of shipping. Totally unacceptable business practices.

order number LLP1812032325480812 This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Clothes dont fit, so i go back to website and there is little to no info for returning items. Instead, you are directed to create a customer service ticket and basically it is an automated service that repeats what you said in body of ticket and resubmit addtl info about order which was already provided in original request. Finally, I receive an email to consider donating the clothes and accept a partial store credit with a discount code. Seriously? Will never purchase another item from Dresslilly com again.  Expect to receive negative reviews on all social media.

Fraud and Crime. Posted stolen pictures from the Internet. Items not even similar from the pictures they posted. They refused to send a refund and offered me to donate that what they shipped to me. Impossible to get a refund. Criminal enterprise! Recommend to stay away no matter how attractive the clothes are that they advertise on the Internet. Very sly tricksters! Theft. Majority of their customers get ripped off. I filed a complaint with the PayPal Company that I paid with and they managed to get around them and keep my money even though I tried very hard to make DressLily accountable. Pay Pal took that company side and asked me to return the item I did not even ordered. I Paid $100 for an item that I did not ordered and PayPal asked me to pay another $100 to ship that back to DressLilly to get $66 refund. PayPal supported FRAUDS. Think twice to use them. Absolutely horrible Company to do business with. It's like quicksand, once you pay, you just keep sinking further and further until you drown. Don't waste your time trying to get the right size or your money back. They will never under any circumstances respond responsibly to you.

DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I made an order for some sweaters foe the winter season in October with expedited shipping thinking I would get them within 2 weeks 3 max..wrong...it was almost thanksgivings time, about a month when the first items began to trickle in, of course EVERYTHING was out of stock even though the website said they were. Not only were the large sizes obviously small to mediums but they also were damp and smelled of mold. Then I started having buttons fall off sweaters left and right and had to battle the zippers to work. looks good online, but really Shi**y quality. Do yourself a favor get up and go shop at a store so you can actually see what it is. NEVER again Dresslily.

I am very very disappointed with my first experience with dressllily, I ordered 2 items and I received only one, and it’s even worst when the item I order which was XL and my younger brother who wear size Medium, could not fit in because it is too small. I will never do anh business with this company again and I will go online and tell everybody about this and all my friends and family too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FREAKING DEESSLILY!!!!! Oh by the way, your customer and support is terrible, no phone number to contact, no email, no chating whatsoever. You Suck!!!!!

I ordered 2 coats Dec 1st with expedited shipping. By the 11th I realized they had not shipped and I messaged customer service. The assured me they woudl ship the coats in 1- 2 days. It is the 22nd now and they never shipped. I then received a note stating they would ship y Dec 30th! I just requested a refund and reported them to Paypal.

Omg! I’m so upset with this company! I saw some good reviews & I ordered from them...I regret it so badly! I paid for 3 day shipping come to find out 3 day shipping means they ship it out within 3 days of you ordering not that you will receive it in 3 days. This company is not in the USA so shipping will NEVER be fast! I just tracked my package & it’s in some place called Bahrain!!! Wtf??!! & it says I should get my order within 4-10 business days!!! That’s waaayyy after Christmas!!! Never will order from this place again!!

I ordered stuff a month ago hoping it would arrive by Christmas. I paid for express shipping. I recieved half of the order. When I reached out to inquire, they said I needed to wait longer or pick a different item. Seeing as I needed the items for gifts I asked for a refund but that was not an option. It's ridiculous that I had to ask about the item then come to find out it was on backorder and would not arrive by Christmas. Do not order from here ever.

Ordered an item on 11/28 and the item has been labeled as processing since then. It hasn't shipped. I can't cancel the order and when I contacted them they said my only option was to exchange or wait. This company is awful.

Purchased two Christmas rug. The quality is terrible. Nothing more than foam rubber. The advertising pics made them look very nice however they arrived and look cheap. And then they make attempts to return the items extremely hard in order for you to give up at returning. I do not recommend this company or it’s products at all.
