“Excellent internet ordering and UPS kept us informed of date. Not good that we had to wait in all day and then it arrived about 6 pm. Mattress was very heavy for us to carry upstairs and was a real struggle but now it's on the bed we are very pleased with it.”
“I think this mattress has great potential you only have to look at the reviews . It started off very comfortable but after a while became less so and started to sag where we had been laying . My husband is around 16 stone but I am only 9.5 stone so not that heavy . We are sending it back as this shouldn't happen after a few weeks. It's a great shame as I had found it comfortable compared to a big competitor. Good customer service . Really hope this Company does well, just think the mattress needs a few tweaks to make it perfect .”

“After the very fast delivery we have not been impressed. The mattress was OK to sleep on but not great. When I changed the bed & decided to get our mattress topper cleaned I noticed it looked as though the fold hadn't come out properly.
I have contacted Drift who have not replied to emails & fobbed me off on the phone telling me to look inside the zip cover of the mattress. I have done that & there is obviously a problem with the mattress being folded & I have photographed where the springs dip in the centre.
Now I've called to arrange return & the phone goes straight to answerphone despite it saying on the contact page that the office is open.
