“They took my deposit of $200 that allowed me time since I was leaving out of the country that day to verify with my dealership my full extended coverage on my vehicle. I had 30 days to get my $200 back. When I called my dealership to verify my full extended coverage that this company said I did not have, the company didn't want to give me my $200 back even though it was within less than the 30 days I was entitled to. It is a zero Scam please, please verify with your dealership before buy anything from them. They are desperate and cheating people at whatever means necessary. The only way they say I can cancel is by sending my declaration page from my dealership. I have right to decline any service but this is what they are doing. Hoping I will go past the 30 day period so they can keep my money and keep billing me monthly. Call the BBB and report them I am!!!”

It was all a lie. I paid not only for 100% repairs and then was told I would be reimbursed. Then was sent denial letters. I traded in my Ram on a new RAM and then this place had representatives that were rude and spoke to me horribly. I was then threatened by the rep that if I did not go to the dealership that I traded my vehicle into and get documentation that I traded the truck that I would be FORCED to FILE BANKRUPTCY and that it is PART OF THEIR CONTRACT!!!!! The telephone reps have been rude and bullying insisting that I need to give them a reason to cancel and not accepting my requests. I thought it was canceled and then I receive a debit from my account . I have not been able to speak with anyone yet that will cancel my policy.”
“This company deserves 0 stars, not even one. I signed for 30 days promotional period and payed $114 refundable deposit. After I looked through the book they sent, I decided not to get warranty for my car. After waiting on the lane for 30 minutes, I was transferred to GM. He was incredibly rude, arguing with my and my boyfriend for another 30 minutes why we need this warranty. He was cutting my sentences. He was very loud and unprofessional. After he realized I am not keeping this terrible warranty, he told me all the informations the fastest he could and he wouldn't slow down and repeat. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. I can understand selling something, but being rude to potencial customers, I can't. Even though if I needed warranty, I would never buy it from them !”

She was so happy with the service, she referred me to enroll and received a $50 gift card from DriveSmart for doing so. It seems they really do honor their word with what they have to offer.”
