The customer service is so far so good. They answer every one of your question thoroughly and fast. I think for buying a device from Chinese companies which provide great products but bad customer service, a third party is required and I could not find a better one than Droix.

I still have not gotten my item yet. I am still waiting for a response from your support team to try and resolve that issue. the fact that 2 weeks have passed and you are now reaching out for a review is maddening as I still have not gotten what I purchased. My issue has been compounded by the fact that I purchased an item that was apparently on backorder since July and is still not in stock, then when I finally got that changed to a different item it met a myriad of other issues that I am still trying to resolve. It's annoying as this was a bit of a time-sensitive order as well so waiting 2 weeks for something that I paid to have expedited over 2 to 3 days is past a point of annoyance.

I bought Portable touch monitor product is good with PC but I don't know how I can make it work with Android phone I think it works only with apple and it should stay said on Site

I got the Miyoo Mini + during black friday for a good price. The shipping to Germany has taken 1 week with Fedex, which is quite some time, but not related to the vendor at all. My only gripe is that the device came with a scratch right below the start button, which is unfortunate for a new product, and since the scratch is black on a white shell, it is visible all the time :( The device is working flawlessly and I'm having a lot of fun with it.

When my devices arrived it seemed that one was missing the SD card, so I emailed support right away. The reply was really quick, the CS rep was friendly and helpful (turns out the card was left in the device during testing - nice to know they are tested before being shipped out!). Very pleased with my experience with Entertainment gadgets.
