Very nice stuff A little default with one's battery which is not properly fixed and moves in the case. Easily fixed by myself. But still a little sad

Customer Service for Droix is one of the best out there! My GPD Win 4 6800u was having screen issues after 6 months, so I contacted Droix for support. The customer service reps were very clear and helped me troubleshoot my device, but we were unsuccessful in fixing the device. So I had to send the device out to repair (US to UK). Once my device was at Droix, they communicated in entirety on what requirements were needed to fix the device. Ultimately, there were not enough spare parts to fix my device so they sent me a new one! 100% recommend this company for anyone's purchasing decisions, they actually care about their consumers and I will be purchasing from them moving forward.

Absolutely perfect beats that crappy little steam deck anyday. Plays WOW and Temtem perfectly and has great battery life be sure to get DriverEasy tho and if the screen touch breaks like mine just download the driver fix. Give games like wow a little extra time the first time….

I'm from Germany and the product I wanted to buy (GPD Pocket 3) was available on DroiX for the cheapest price (even including import tax). The order handling was really fast and transparent. There was a note that the import tax isn't included and has to be paid in the destination country. I selected DHL Express and got the package two days later. The tax was automatically handled by DHL (you have to select that option in the mail they send you) and so I got the tax invoice about 5 days later. One thing that would be nice, would be an approximately end price for the country you selected. As an example for Germany, the normal price in Euro plus 19% tax. But the note that you have to pay it extra is fine too. I gave only 4/5 stars, as the item itself arrived working fine, but the box of the product was sadly damaged as it was only packaged in one layer of bubble wrap that had the shipping labe on the outside. A shipment inside a cardboard box with some packing material would be way nicer and I would have expected that for a purchase of about 900€.

Had no problems with the order at all. The site was easy to use and shipping was faster than I expected (five days, but that's overseas and including New Years). Even though the price is a tad higher than direct (due to this being a retailer), I liked how they are known for taking care of issues and how they care.

Very good service and shipping. Checkout took 10 minutes at 2nd try, because it doesn't take some types of cards. Shipping is really good, the console (in this case a RP3+) should have arrived here in Italy in december 28th, but it arrived 6 days before the expected date. I recommend it.
