“I still haven't received my 'personalised' skincare and have not gotten any proposed delivery date or current status update. The previous cream had a poor shelflife, approx. 2 weeks.”

I am so sorry to hear that your cream hasn't arrived, please always feel like you can reach out to us for an update via team@drstorm.co.uk so that we can look into this for you and give you an immediate update, we want to hear from you so we can get things sorted straight away. I am currently investigating a system error with your cream/order and I have asked one of our nurses to give you a call so that your cream can be processed today. Please accept our sincere apologies about this anomaly. I have added 200 points to your account and refunded your postage as a gesture of goodwill. With regards to the shelf life, all of our creams are made fresh for you in our lab and are in an airtight container. The quality of the cream remains at the highest standard for the duration of the time it takes you to use it. This should be 2-3 months with nightly use. “My daughters recommended Dr Storm prescription cream along with other skincare products and it's the best thing I have ever been introduced to. The tretinoin has honestly been such a success my 63 year old skin is looking amazing. Make-up goes on so much better and it just simply looks so much fresher. Excellent service extremely clear instructions and would recommend without hesitation.”

“I have been using the Dr Storm Basically Brilliant skincare for a while now and can honestly say I wouldn’t go back to using anything else. “The tretinoin has honestly been a game changer. My 60 year old skin has been exposed to an array of elements over the years and was looking pretty dull. Fast forward to 10 months later and my skin is better than it’s ever been. Make-up goes on like a dream and it just simply looks so much fresher and healthier. It’s not perfect but it’s a million times better than it was. So thank you Dr Jude for introducing me to this🥰”

“I wanted to add to my Dr Storm perscription cream so I bought the day, night and spf creams. They feel so lovely to use on my skin. The scent isn't overpowering and the thickness of the creams are perfect for my needs. I love how the pumps give you the exact measurements needed without guessing. Great value for money.”
