“Spectacular Service and we will continue to explore other Nature's Lab products, it is nice to know that if there are any concerns they are promptly responded to. We had no concern with our purchased product, it was a question of forgetting to put in the discount offer code when completing the purchase. Very nice that it was immediately refunded. We have purchased other Nature's Lab supplements and are happy with the quality.”

“I have been shopping on your site for a long time now - back when you guys sold protein supplements and lots of other products. I have come to truly appreciate the quality of your products, especially the one a day multivitamin, and turmeric supplements. They have helped me stave off pain from a toothache for months now, especially during lockdown, when it was very difficult to receive dental care, if it wasn't an emergency. My skin also looks and feels so good - I truly feel these supplements have helped fill nutritional gaps in my less than wholesome "quarantine diet". Additionally, I appreciate that I can almost always find a coupon code to help make my shopping affordable. Please keep up the good work. I just purchased a new bottle of the multivitamin, and I thought I'd reach out to say, thank you for everything! May you all stay happy, healthy, and safe.”

“The customer service rep wasn't even aware of the correct ingredients in the product that was in question. After telling her what the online ingredient list was, she apologized and said she was confused about another email she was reviewing. Not knowledgeable. Not purchasing item due to this.”
