“Excellent customer service. I emailed a question about a wrong quantity on an order confirmation only to subsequently be reminded that I had actually placed two orders for the same product (back-to-back) to take advantage of the holiday discount and the confirmation quantity was for the first order and was correct. I emailed Customer Service immediately acknowledging my mistake. In response, I received an email from Dave Buitenhek thanking me for my orders and refunding $4.00 for shipping on one of the orders since I had ordered so many bottles (10). I have interacted with Dave before and all I can say is it's no wonder that customers love Dr. Vita. They go above and beyond consistently and they can count me among one of their customers that love them. Thanks, Dave, and thanks, Dr. Vita.”
