“Dr. Vita's multivitamin contains all of the vitamins necessary for good health. There are no hard pills which may not dissolve in the gut. Instead the vitamins are easy to swallow capsules which will dissolve in the body. I plan to reorder them in the future.”

The capsules are small and easily swallowed. Do you ever wonder why the flu is called a seasonal virus? Could it be that a Vitamin D3 deficiency makes us more susceptible to becoming sick during the months when we’re not out in the sun because it isn’t shining all around us?
