“Great and reliable service to send money to Cuba! My friends and I are using it from 2011 and it was very helpful. Even the rules are changing in Cuba, Duales was able to adjust and still provide good service w delivering cash in one or another form after all changes it delivers in CUP , and it allows friends or relatives in Cuba to survive...”

“Unreliable costumer service, whether by phone or bu email. Duales is under the belief that they are doing a favor, instead of the contrary; duales should be happy to have new costumers and be ready to help with an app (DUCAPP) which does not work properly. I have decided to give up and look for other, friendly, ways of sending money”

“Ich dachte, ich hätte 57.500 $ für immer verloren! Mein Konto wurde plötzlich gesperrt und alle Versuche, den Kundendienst zu erreichen, wurden mit Schweigen beantwortet. Die Frustration und Hilflosigkeit waren unerträglich, da jeder Versuch zu Lügen und Sackgassen führte.
