“Overall excellent experience. Only downfall in my opinion is the website (great once set up) but for the new user, not friendly. Live Chat- not available E-mail - sent e-mail, never did hear back. Updated my personal info with new e-mail address. Received this e-mail on old address. Telephone - Excellent.”

“Great job! Frustrated at first as I was not putting in the date the correct way on the application and needed some instruction on how to fill out the benificary information. Got it done. Sonya helped me and thank you Sonya. I called back twice but after that didn’t get called back. She was smart I had to figure things out!!! Money got to Cuba next day perfecto! Our friends texted as soon as they got the money. I recommend Duales Thank u for your service”

“Overall, it was ok but i could not send the amount i wanted to. When i indicated 300 CUC, a box came in saying i was exceeding the permisible amount so i had to redo it and send 200 which means i will have to make another attempt probably next week to complete the 300. I trust the business. I have used the service in the past and it has been effective and reliable. Thank you”
