“I had to try five times before the system accepted my money. In the past, the service has been excellent! I called the office twice but no one called me back. I wrote for help several times but no one wrote me back. Now, it seems to work. The payment screen seems to have been changed. Overall, I really appreciate the service provided by Duales.”

“Duales system functions very well. The only problem OI found is on the calculation of the money we can send monthly, as sometimes it state that there is 600 dollar, and sometimes 400. Best regards, Electo”

“Service is always on time and quick, The only thing that I do not like is the fact that there is a salary cap on the amount I can send to Cuba. I never had a problem sending 200 american weekly , now the limit is only 600 American and a limitof 200 American per week, So with that said, I have taken another route by sending Western Union to Spain then it is sent to Cuba, Meaning that you are losing the business afterthe 600 monthly that I am entitled to send, would like to return to the normal 200 american weekly,”
