“Premièrement, quand j'ai essayé de m'enregistrer hier, j'ai tourné en rond durant très longtemps. Je n'ai jamais réussi à envoyer l'argent, on me dit que le numéro de carte n'est pas le bon, alors qu'il l'est. J'ai téléphoné à 2 reprises au 1-888-888-8908 et pas moyen de parler à personne : le message tourne en rond et se répète sans cesse.”

“tengan mucho cuidado con quien contratan para llamar a los potenciales clientes, yo era un ciente potencil, teni planeado enviar con su plataforma al rededor de 150 a 200 USD cada 2 semanas pero, la persona que llamo para corroborar mis datos de mi tarjeta me llamo muy agresivo, sin siquiera presentare en nombre de la empresa de duales, o sin siquiera preguntar por mi nombre completo , parecia como una llamada de extorsion, y sin siquiera decir que llamaba por parte de duales este tipo tan nefasto y hasta me colgo la llamada y en automatico rechazo mi solicitud de activarme mi option button de enviar transferenci a traves de pago con mi tarjeta VISA”

“Trying to sign up. No instructions regarding what documentation is required. Automatically changing the address inputs is not helping. Take a photo of something for every attempt. Works maybe on out of 100 attempts. No feed back as to when application will be approved. Need to ask many questions to find out what is the process. I am not impressed with the process and now someone has a photo of my drivers license and passport. Documentation does not include the sign up process that the app is using. Take a Photo. “Their office is closed and the recorded message says PLEASE CALL BACK DURING WORK HOURS, but they don't bother to mention the hours. WHAT? And everytime I call it's shut. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS? ALSO I wanted to send 300 to Cuba and online it calculate it would be SIXTY dollars in fees. That's crazy!”

“Well, I am still in process of doing the transactions. I do not speak Spanish and some information I had in Spanish. Tried to phone on your advertised number however your phone system does not work. I mean you dial and get 3 options and whichever option you choose you are defaulted to main menu over and over. Tried to asked for help on line - the person would not answer my questions - just kept stressing what I need to do. I could not explain that I do not follow that and needed some help and clarification. Then it was enough for that try. I might try later again. Wich me good luck and check your phone system! *I did not try it today!”

“You go to a lot of trouble and there is no way to contact you when there is a problem. I have entered the 16 digit MLC card # multiple time to no avail. Just a waste of time.”

“I registered with Duales in the hope of sending money to Cuba but when I had a query nobody answered my email. Makes me very nervous about using Duales, are they a legitimate and trustworthy organisation if they dont answer enquiries, particularly when you have problems. I am now very wary of Duales.”

“Did 2 transfers with this company to family in Cuba and it was effortless before but now with being unable to transfer to an MLC USD card, I was told I could get a refund of my wallet in my app. After multiple emails with request to refund my wallet, no response. Now the only option in the application is home delivery in CUP and no explanation provided as to why they can’t transfer money on the MLC card in USD. Quite frustrating and disappointing as it was so effortless before. If you’re thinking about using this service, please think of using another transfer service. Based on the reviews, sounds like many others are dealing with no communication from them.”
