“Sent money to a friend in Cuba yesterday and it was received today, very good service, this was not always the case as in the passed access was denied due to having exceeded the maximum amount sent for the period! only I was unable to find out what the maximum was and what the period of time means, this needs to be made visible on the screen>”

“This was my fifth transfer of money from Canada this year and all of them got through fairy rapidly except the first one which took nearly one month, before the money was available in Cuba This service is a good substitute for WESTERN UNION, which does not operate in Cuba anymore”

“I wanted to send some funds to a friend from Canada- Cuba, and was reluctant to use. Unfortunately for my friend and I, I accidentally clicked “home delivery” fearing it would cause delay. Meanwhile, in Cuba, my friend arrived at the bank to realize it was closed until Monday... my friend then contacted me later the same evening to say someone came to his door saying “here is your e-transfer”!!!! It was a miracle, this site is working FOR The people!!”
