“Desde el cierre de enviar la plata a mi familia en Cuba con Western Union, nuestro grupo cubano canadiense en línea de 500 miembros ha estado discutiendo formas alternativas de enviar dinero. Usted fue altamente recomendado, por lo que tendrá una afluencia de nuevos clientes de este grupo. Me pedí el viernes y lo recibieron con entrega en casa el domingo! Creo que este es un servicio aún mejor que WU. gracias por existir!!!”

“YOU HAVE A PROFESSIOAL FORMAT AND IHAVE SPENT HOURS FILLING IN YOUR REGESTRATION AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SUBMIT MY TD VISA CARD TO COVER THE 100CUC I NEED TO SEND TO MY GIRLFRIEND IN CUBA WITH 2 SMALL DAUGHTERS THAT A VIRTUALLY STARVING. I SENT E MAILS AND CALLED YOUR HELP NUMBER AND I AM LOSING FAITH IN YOU COMPANY. I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHY I CANT GET TO THE VISA PAYMENT STEP. I HAVE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WILL USE YOUR SERVICE THE ADDRESS BOX COMES UP RED UNDERLINE WHEN I USE THE WORD CALLE. I HAVE SENT E MAILS IN REGARDS TO THIS BUT HAVE HEARD NO RETURN. “Hay que tener un sistema facil y hajil de aplicación.,para q los clientes se motiven por tener buen criterio. Mucha dificultad en el sistema para aplicar. Y cuando llamas con dudas como nuevo cliente, siempre ocupado el teléfono. Y te envia al correo. Los Nuevo clientes quieren sentir la vos de un funcionario de la compañía para estar seguro donde va a introducir sus targetas. Gracias.”
