“Jaime le services rendu par Duales, celui ci est rapide sécuritaire et courtois le seule petit problème que je perçois est que la personne qui envoie l'argent ne sait pas quand la personne reçois l'argent sans que celui ci l'informe. Sa serait bien d'informer la personne qui envoi que ceci a été livré date et heure.”

“Si Sono felice che li sia arrivato i soldi 💰 in quasi 2 giorni a casa direttamente , anche se ho cliccato che li doveva arrivare al suo Numero carta conto personale non a casa , volevo sapere com’è possibile ? Perché poi vi siete tenuti gli 8 euro , e solo vorrei avere dei chiarimenti , ma ringrazio che almeno li sia arrivato i soldi”

“Excellent service. Took only 2 days. The fee was $14 more than a bank transfer but the town I was sending to did not seem able to receive $ from my Royal Bank of Canada. Seems I could only send $200 cuc or less. But I will use DUALES again. Wait if this review is about an answer to my questions - I received no communication in 3 days.”

“je suis très satisfait du service , la seule chose que je croit il manque c est de recevoir un message lorsque l argent est livré et recu . merci I am very satisfied with the service, the only thing I believe it is missing is to receive a message when the money is delivered and received”

“Ive used Duales' services several times. It has always been easy, efficient and seamless. Until yesterday. The money delivered was $1 short of what was sent. Sure, what's $1 you say? But it's the principle and given the possibility for trickery, this raised my concerns. Im transmitting this event to Duales directly as well.”

“I have used dueles multiple times now. My first experience was not exactly what I was expecting. As I had paid for home delivery and they delivered it to a city nearby and my receiver had to travel for many hours to receive the money. But I decided to try the service again. And since that time they have delivered directly to the house every time within 24 to 48 hours. I will continue to use this service as long as it is offered and continue to recommend it to friends and family. Thank you”

“i had a lot of problems typing in street address to my benifiuary as red line always showed up and had to use his mothers address and took a few tries. They also indicated home delivery would from 1 to 4 days and i know the virus concerns but its all electronic . have to do eveything on line and would like to talk with someone in past and i used your service b4 and do i get notified delivery arrived. thanks daniel acs”

“Problem is if you want to make more than 1 transaction. When you finish the first transaction the system says the transaction process okay. Buy you cannot go back to the menu for a new transaction.”
