“Envié dinero al banco popular del ahorro (CUP), y AUN no llega. El teléfono no contestan, y el WhatsApp atiende una persona muy mal, me dice que no ingresé los dígitos al hacer el envío y si lo ingresé, dice que ahora se envió a domicilio. En cuba no se puede ir a otras ciudades como va a llegar ese envío?? Todo es muy extraño”

“This service is so extraordinary that I don't know how they make money or why they're in business. I used Duales for the first time since Western Union stopped sending money from Canada to Cuba. The money was delivered to the door less than 2 days (43 hours) after I made the order. The courier made the delivery to a house 2 km outside a town on a motorbike over a dirt road full of potholes, for a fee of only 4 CUC. On top of that, their exchange rate is great. Only 2 cents above the nominal rate. Even the Cadeca in Cuba takes 3.7 cents and Western Union takes about 9.5 cents above the nominal rate. I paid $153 to send 100 CUC while Western Union would have charged $11 more. Incredible service.”
